(1) After receiving the mandate according to section 11, the subject committee may order the examiner designated according to sub-section (2) of section 10 to conduct an on-site inspection and submit a report if additional evidence is required regarding such an organization. (2) Based on the on-site inspection report received from the examiner as per sub-section (1), the subject committee shall submit the final report to the center after conducting necessary studies and investigations.
(3) According to sub-sections (1) and (2), the on-site inspection, study and investigation, the details to be disclosed in the report and the format of the report shall be as prescribed.
